Per customer and per order, OrthoShapes offers the possibility between different types of milling foam. This way we can look at the needs of each customer, of course we also give advice on which type of foam delivers the best results.

The strengths of the types of foam we offer differ between the density / strengths HS80 and HS320. We also mill from MDF, which is comparable to HS700. For each model, a different type of foam is optimal to use, for this reason we have opted for a wide range of types.

We look at the best options per customer and per order and consultation about the foam types is always possible with us to achieve the best result. This creates a custom-made milling program for each customer.
