Straight to the final product!

Thanks to the Scan, Fit, Print principle, we can immediately make the final product without the need for other steps.

In the software of our partner ShapeShift3D, a 3D scan is converted into a model. This model can then be printed with your own adjustments. The final product is therefore ready within 3 steps.

By using PA11, PA12 or TPU, lighter and stronger products can be printed that are always custom-made for the patient.

3D printing also reduces waste during production. There is no more residual waste and all residual flows can be reused.

More possible

The 3D Printing of Orthoses and Prostheses also offers more possibilities in terms of production compared to the manual process. Certain structures, hinges and designs can be included in the printing. This allows us to create a dynamic product.

There are various choices of materials and colors for 3D printing. For each application, the optimal combination will be found in consultation for both patient and producer.
